There's no Place Like Home

It is now summer and I have fled the city in hopes of finding refuge in Cedar City. Cedar has been my home for ten years. I love it here. I was afraid that it would have changed too much, and I would not like it. You know 'they' always say, 'you can never go home.' I am pleased to report that Cedar is pretty much the same! There is an IHOP where Schoney's used to be, and a new car wash but other than that life is great!

Cedar Mountain is pretty full of snow! It is beautiful! I am excited to see all of the H2O!! It is a sight that I have not seen for many a year!

I only have four more days until I have my summer adventure to Yellowstone with my siblings! We are very excited! I am looking forward to seeing all kinds of wildlife. We are hoping not to be one of those statistics that get eaten by a bear or attacked by an elk...but my family is feeling pretty safe because I WILL be the slowest one there-dang the bad luck!

If you have not checked out Maira's blog you should. Her comparison with Star Wars and Lord of the Rings is amazing! I admit I have not seen the new Star Wars so I only skimmed the post but if it is like her other posts it is definitely worth checking out!
